Hatha-1
 
A traditional Indian yoga approach through the practice of posture, breathing, gestures, energy locks and relaxations. To co-ordinates with breathing allows to achieve a free flow of energy in conjunction with exterior benefits like muscle strength, toning, endurance, weight loss, calorie burning and flexibility. Beginner class is suitable for all.

Hot-2
 
It is a class designed for experienced practitioners. It is a challenging and exhilarating series of postures practiced in a heated room, which helps to warm the body, allowing you to work deep into your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The postures work together to warm up the muscles and joints for each successive posture of the series, challenging and cleansing the whole body. Multi level class is suitable for all.

Hatha-2

Hot-1
 
A cobination of Hatha Yoga to blance the entire body from inside to outside. Smooth and slow movement open difference parts of the body, especially the hip and shoulder muscles. Feels deep strech on muscles, tendons and connective tissues.

Mindful Hatha
 
It is an independent approach of hatha postures, The practice of Mindful hatha Yoga allows us to be at home in our body, to be present with what is, through movement, breath and awareness, this class will promote the calmness and prepare one for meditation, this class is sure to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed
