Muay Thai-boxing Fitness
Easy to handle, enjoyable and relief pressure effectively. Slims your waist, arms, hips through the body, enhance your muscle flexibility. Cardio work out, trains your concentration and mind at the same time. To improve the body coordination and mind sensitivity.

A fun and effective class using the Fitball as a prop. It is a great class for increasing awareness of your body, improving your balance and posture and strengthening the core abdominal muscles. Non-impact and high intensity.

TaiChi
Tai Chi has long been recognized as an effective exercise to promote good health, prevent illness and curtail senility. One of the Chinese Martial Arts; good for mental balance and muscle strengthening. A unique feature of Tai Chi is that it is suitable for people of different ages, sexes and physique.

Jazz Dance
Extension of an African dance - it combines the uniqueness of Jazz and traditional aerobic dance; the modern and the street jazz. This lively, energetic and dynamic rhythmic dance directly releases inner feelings by means of body motions and twists. This dance optimizes muscle training and is especially suitable for those who desire physical endurance and slimming. The hormone endorphin will be released during exercise, leaving one happy and relaxed.

Jazz Funk
A mutation of mixing Jazz and Hip-Hop, and a fast and dynamic, rhythmic dance. The elements of street dance are added to traditional Jazz and making it chic and casual. Regarding style, the rhythms are heavier and quicker than Jazz in order to display body contour and feelings of extravagance and stage! Though this emphasizes more on the appearance, however the fast-paced rhythms burn fat and is particularly effective for people with high endurance or an urge to slim. The heart and lungs functions will be improved as well as blood circulation.

Belly Dance
This Central African Belly Dance focuses on the twisting of belly and bottom toward the whole body. The feminine beauty, charm, tenderness and sentiments will all be displayed. The bodyline of the belly and bottom will be improved via dance. Hips will be exercised and internal organs massaged, which are very beneficial to the women abdominal organs.

Funky Dance
Originated in USA and has been a trend for years. The dance follows heavy beats and the unique steps are light and funny. The movements may be backed with a variety of music, such as Disco, Chinese Funky, Latino Funky, Hip-Hop, Kick Boxing, Jazz Funk, Belly Funky...etc. The powerful music beats coupled with the dynamic aerobic steps require the lungs to take in more oxygen, thus the heart and chest functions are improved; and the muscle elasticity and flexibility enhanced. Sweating allows detoxification as well as fat burning, which in turn promotes blood circulation and metabolism. One will enjoy a youthful feeling.
