Hari comes from Pondicherry, which is one of the spiritual place in India. His yoga inspiration comes from Yoga Maharaj Dr. Swami Gtananta gri Guru Maharaj. Hari began his yoga journey at age of 10 and has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years. His Yoga educational background includes one year full time study program in Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Studies from Pondicherry University and Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from Dr. Asana Andiappan yoga and Naturopathy college. Apart from his yoga Qualification he completed Master degree in Psychology and currently doing his Master degree in Yoga and Naturopathy, from this yoga studies he gained a strong knowledge of anatomy,alignment and physiology along with an intuitive understanding of how to encourage people to explore their edges while working safely within their limitations. Hari incorporates his knowledge and faith in the body’s subtle energy system into his classes. His gentle and flowing sequences are delivered to Honor each individual process.
He has worked as a yoga instructor in Pondicherry University in India and as a Yoga therapist in various health centers and also a chief Yoga Instructor in Indian School of Yoga. Hari participated in several yoga competitions being a champion, first runner up in the State, national, and International yoga
championships. His excellence made him a jury for the selection for yogasana championship.
Hari is the Author of two books namely Yogasana for students health, yogasana for women health
Hari teaches according to the ancient principles of yoga, aiming to provide each individual student with a practice that is appropriate to their specific needs. Hari's classes place a strong emphasis on the breath, combining with body movements to develop clarity, strength and balance.
