Samantha began her yoga practice as a mean to alleviate the stresses of corporate life. She started teaching 4 years ago in Sivananda Yoga, a world authority of Hatha and Raja yoga. She has attended numerous workshops and training with internationally renowned teachers like Rodney Yee, David Swenson, Paul Grilley and Eoin Finn for experiencing different styles of Yoga.

In combination with hatha yoga, she is also Certified in Zen Meditation with strong knowledge on Vipassana, Mindfulness, Japa and Metta meditation. Her expertise in meditation is distinctive as demonstrated in her guided meditation classes. Samantha's vast knowledge in the art of meditation makes her classes reputed as soft and gentle with a huge emphasis on inward enquiry.

"A hatha practice is literally a meditation in action. If we can, hatha yoga is best practiced with out eyes closed as a gateway to feel into our mind, body and spirit. Yoga is a means of freeing the body. The breath is a tool to allow the flow of our energy; When that is mastered, we become more self aware, cultivating to our inner peace as well as well being."
