Cathy has been practicing yoga for the past 8 years with a belief that regular exercise improves all aspects of our well-being- physically and mentally.
She has been teaching yoga for over 4 years. She is known to be the 'HOT' lady at Living Yoga: she is expert in teaching Hot 1, Hot 2 and advance Hot yoga class! She also teaches Yogalates where a combination of yoga and pilates are infused into one single system. Recently she is teaching a brand and popular class: Meridian Yoga.
