Kimmy initially explored Yoga to improve her posture. Her life was transformed and yoga became a bigger and bigger part of her life.
She had trained under Alex Medin, Anna Forrest, David Swenson and Patrick Creelman in their respective styles. As for her personal practice, after a few years trying out the different styles of yoga, she finally settled for a daily practice of Ashtanga as taught in Mysore by Pattabhi Jois. She is grateful to all her teachers, for their patience and compassion in sharing their yoga and will strive to carry on this tradition in helping others to grow in their path of yoga of personal discovery.
